Welcome to the short, sweet, and to-the-point introduction of a short, sweet, and to-the-point girl! Who am I? I am a 22-year-old Italian, passionate about exploring the world around me. Luckily, the Honors Program at the University of Cincinnati is my right-hand-man in discovering the roads on which to travel. Developing my personal story guided me to delve into my strengths, interests, values, and aspirations. In other words, I dove into the details of Angela Farolino.
I am a focused, analytical individual with a clear-cut professional path in nurse anesthesia. On the other hand, outside of the classroom and hospital, the books are put down and the scrubs loosen up. Learning about the anatomy and physiology of the human body tends to lend itself toward curiosity and discovery. Meal plans and menus of a college lifestyle fueled my concern for growing and spreading my nutritional knowledge. In a broader sense, the Honors Program offers students potential for programs to compare the eating habits of places near and far. Drawing and painting with watercolors opens a door to creativity, in which my stress is transformed into artwork. Exploring the simple mediums of art sparked my interest in the complex elements in local cities and distant countries. As a student, the University Honors Program blesses me with ample opportunities to pursue my hobby through experiential learning. Stay tuned for my journey as a Bearcat! |
